I'm a Product Designer who took a non-linear route here — I started in aviation, where the work demanded precision, calm under pressure, and trust at scale. Now I bring that same lens to designing fintech and e-commerce experiences, with a deep interest in behavioural psychology and the kind of small interactions that make digital products feel human.
Day job
Currently a Product Designer at Koko (Alibaba Group), Sri Lanka's leading BNPL platform — designing checkout, growth, and overall fintech experiences as we expand across South Asia.
Out of office
Probably planning to travel, building an AI agent to automate the repetitive parts of my life, at the gym or gaming.

Psychology-led design
I design with how people actually think and behave in mind. Behavioural principles — anchoring, loss aversion, friction, defaults — show up in every flow I ship.
Cross-industry adaptability
Pivoting from aviation to design taught me to onboard fast, hold ambiguity, and bring an outsider's clarity to any domain. I work well in unfamiliar territory.
Growth × design
At Koko I sit at the intersection of UX, growth, and product analytics, looking at the end-to-end experience. I design for the screen and the funnel — A/B tests, SMS campaigns, PostHog instrumentation included.
Micro-interaction obsession
I sweat the easings, timings, and small moments that turn flat UIs into ones people actually remember. Detail is the work.
